To keep you up-to-date with any problems we might be suffering with, we've created this status page.

Current System Status

kvmhost21

08:04 17/05/2012

We are currently having adverse performance on this kvmhost serving VPS, and are investigating the causes. We expect to have it back to normal operation soon, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 12.30pm - We have started a batch migration of affected Virtual Machine from this kvmhost to two replacement kvmhosts. As this progresses, performance will improve for all VMs involved.

We will keep this status page updated as this process continues.

Planned System Maintenance

mail21

06:00 21/05/2012

At the above time and date, mail21 will be upgraded to newer, faster hardware. The server will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during this time.

Due to incompatibilities in the old POP3 standard, a small number of clients may download mail still stored on the server. Switching to the IMAP protocol for any POP3 mailboxes will prevent this from occurring.

We apologise for any inconvenience this unavoidable downtime may cause.

ASAP - Inbound SMS from T-mobile to geographic number - Customer using inbound SMS on geographic numbers

Unfortunately we have noticed more instances of delayed messages sent from T-mobile to geographic numbers. According to BT, the connections between BT and T-mobile for message transmission drop our from time to time. Although the connections are normally re-established quite quickly, for some reason messages are queued at T-mobile side. BT is now working with T-mobile to fix the problem with the connections and also try to find out why the intermittent connectivity problem could cause delay to so many messages. Sorry for any inconveniences caused to you. Please raise support ticket the normal way if you have any questions. Kind Regards, Support

RESOLVED - more information to follow shortly - Inbound SMS from T-mobile to geographic number - Customer using inbound SMS on geographic numbers

The issue with T-mobile messages to geo numbers was raised with BT and T-mobile. It was suggested to be a problem with the connections between BT and T-mobile. Although we haven\'t got confirmation from them that the issue has been resolved, internal testing shows that messages are being passed to us and processed on our platform without delay. We will keep on chasing BT and T-mobile for detailed information about the cause the problem and will let you know as soon as we get that. Sorry for any inconveniences caused to you. Please feel free to raise support tickets if you have any further questions. Kind Regards, Support
