MAINTENANCE: 22:00 to 23:59 16th Feb 2012 - peering and colocation in London, and some sms and voice connectivity - some customers

As part of ongoing upgrades to our core network, we will be updating the config of some switches in our London infrastructure to support jumbo frames. This will result in momentary interruptions for some peers and collocated customers who connect within our London sites when the switches are restarted. Customers who peer or colocate in Leeds are not expected to experience any issues and engineers will be on site throughout the maintenance to monitor progress and revert should any issues occur. Please note that due to the nature of the maintenance, customers may experience a momentary drop in connectivity to our SMS APIs, web-based services, large account connections on smpp1, smpp4 or smpp7, and connections for either SIP prepay or IAX to sip.therichmediacompany.com as traffic reroutes. Unfortunately this is a necessary part of the maintenance and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions regarding any aspect of the maintenance please do get in touch via our support portal and our team will be happy to help. Kind Regards, network support
